汽車的誕生,車的發(fā)展,在歷史的長(zhǎng)河中給我們留下了點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴。汽車自上個(gè)世紀(jì)末誕生以來,已經(jīng)走過了風(fēng)風(fēng)雨雨的一百多年。從卡爾.本茨造出的第一輛三輪汽車以每小時(shí)18公里的速度,跑到現(xiàn)在,竟然誕生了從速度為零到加速到100公里/小時(shí)只需要三秒鐘多一點(diǎn)的超級(jí)跑車。這一百年,汽車發(fā)展的速度是如此驚人!同時(shí),汽車工業(yè)也造就了多位巨人,他們一手創(chuàng)建了通用、福特、豐田、本田這樣一些在各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)中舉足輕重的著名公司。這篇資寫著許多有趣的故事,在中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為世界五大汽車強(qiáng)國(guó)之際,讓我們一起來回望汽車的發(fā)展歷史,體會(huì)汽車給我們帶來的種種歡樂與夢(mèng)想……
變速器作為汽車的一個(gè)重要組成部分,是用來改變發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)傳到驅(qū)動(dòng)輪上的轉(zhuǎn)矩和轉(zhuǎn)速,目的是在原地起步、爬坡、轉(zhuǎn)彎、加速等各種行駛工況下使汽車獲得不同的牽引力和速度。
變速器有機(jī)械式手動(dòng)變速器和機(jī)械式無級(jí)變速器兩種,如果變速器擋位多其動(dòng)力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性得到保證,擋位少其操縱方便,本次設(shè)計(jì)我設(shè)計(jì)的是輕型載貨汽車變速器,本次設(shè)計(jì)中我對(duì)其傳動(dòng)比作了仔細(xì)的分析計(jì)算并參考相關(guān)車型最終確定了各擋的傳動(dòng)比,針對(duì)變速器的傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)方案的布置作了詳細(xì)的分析最終選用4+1擋中間軸式變速器,換擋形式采用同步器換擋。結(jié)合總體的要求操縱機(jī)構(gòu)形式選用直接操縱機(jī)構(gòu)形式。本次設(shè)計(jì)的變速器即滿足了汽車必要的動(dòng)力性也滿足了其經(jīng)濟(jì)性的指標(biāo)。最后通過對(duì)齒輪、軸、鍵、軸承等的校核,其變速器的尺寸及其部件的強(qiáng)度都滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
