摘 要
介紹了軸承蓋冷沖壓成形過程,經(jīng)過對軸承蓋的批量生產(chǎn)、零件質(zhì)量、零件結(jié)構(gòu)以及使用要求的分析、研究,按照不降低使用性能為前提,將其確定為沖壓件,用沖壓方法完成零件的加工,沖壓基本工序為:落料、拉深、沖孔,然后根據(jù)對工序的初步計算,確定工序數(shù)目,如沖壓次數(shù),拉深次數(shù),對工序順序的安排,一般根據(jù)各工序的變形特點,質(zhì)量要求來確定,由于本工件為帶孔的落料、拉深件,因此先落料,再拉深,最后沖孔,根據(jù)生產(chǎn)批量和條件(沖壓加工條件和模具制造條件)確定工序組合,因為生產(chǎn)批量大,所以將各個工序組合在一起,并用復(fù)合模沖壓,這樣就提高了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)率。通過充分利用現(xiàn)代模具制造技術(shù)對傳統(tǒng)機械零件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)、優(yōu)化設(shè)計、優(yōu)化工藝方法能大幅度提高生產(chǎn)效率,這種方法對類似產(chǎn)品具有一定的借鑒作用。

Pass to make use of the modern molding tool manufacturing technique to carry on the structure improvement to the traditional machine spare parts well, excellent turn the design, the excellent chemical engineering skill method ability the significant exaltation produces the efficiency, this kind of method to similar the product has to certainly draw lessons from the function.
