摘 要
救生艙，是在礦井出現(xiàn)瓦斯爆炸、頂板塌方、透水和火災(zāi)等災(zāi)害時(shí)專門用于避難的場(chǎng)所，礦工在救生艙內(nèi)避難直到可以安全撤離或等到救援人員。目前，世界各國(guó)都在大力建設(shè)礦井避難硐室和研制礦用救生艙，以便在礦井發(fā)生事故后為無(wú)法及時(shí)撤離的礦工提供一個(gè)安全的密閉空間。
礦用可移動(dòng)式救生艙采用先進(jìn)的制造技術(shù)，用于災(zāi)變發(fā)生后的緊急避險(xiǎn)，對(duì)外能夠抵抗爆炸沖擊、抵御高溫?zé)煔�、隔絕有毒有害氣體，對(duì)內(nèi)提供氧氣、食物、水，去除有毒有害氣體，創(chuàng)造生存基本條件，并為應(yīng)急救援創(chuàng)造條件、贏取時(shí)間。
本文首先從礦用救生艙的用途、分類及國(guó)內(nèi)外礦用救生艙的特點(diǎn)著手，在分析了礦用可移動(dòng)式救生艙在未來(lái)煤礦安全領(lǐng)域的市場(chǎng)的同時(shí)，總結(jié)了現(xiàn)階段國(guó)內(nèi)外常見(jiàn)的礦用可移動(dòng)式救生艙的理論方法及設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品，提出了小型礦用可移動(dòng)式救生艙的設(shè)計(jì)方案。
本方案擬定了礦用救生艙設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的基本參數(shù)，結(jié)合不同廠家的設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行性能對(duì)比，綜合方案的安全性、可靠性、操作性等考慮確定設(shè)計(jì)方案。然后選擇性能良好、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的相關(guān)配套設(shè)施，本文著重對(duì)救生艙具體系統(tǒng)部分的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算做出了詳細(xì)的論述。

Abstract
